New manager Alexis is awesome!I had an issue with my gas permeable contacts chipping after only seven months. It turns out that the common material used does not work for me. When I talked to Alexis about the issue she went through the trouble to research my previous provider to find out what material they used and offered to make a new pair for me without charge. Not only that but she polished my old contacts which I had worn until my new pair was ready. Thank you for the great customer service!
First of all, the optometrist's here were amazing. We had so many issues with a different eye clinic & getting my husband's prescription correct. He came here and they immediately were able to figure out what his correct prescription was. Then my husband wanted to replace the glass prescription for his goggle inserts. We tried having the company that originally made them do it, but because his prescription has a prism they wouldn't do it. So we came here to see if they could and they did an amazing job! They work great. Such a relief to find a place that does such an amazing job! With well trained optometrists.
I was in town visiting for a wedding and forgot my contacts and they were so kind and helped me out! Amazing service 10/10 stars
Dr. Klein is a phenomenal doctor! My husband and I have always had a great experience and he takes the time to make sure your prescription is always spot on. All of the doctors and staff at this location are wonderful and provide excellent communication and service. As a practice that’s been in Arvada since 1967, we are so thrilled to support a long-standing local business.
I wanted to write a quick note of appreciation to Arvada Vision and Eye Clinic. I had an emergency with my contact tearing in the middle of my work day and stopped in to see if they could help with a replacement contact. I walked in and the amazing staff at the front desk immediately listened to my problem, talked to a doctor and had a replacement lens in my hand in less than five minutes. They were all incredibly friendly and more than willing to help even though I wasn't a patient there. Well I am now. I will be going to Arvada Vision & Eye Clinic from now on. Thanks everyone for your help!

Amid a network outage, when all systems were down, his unwavering commitment to customer service truly blew me away. My dog had eaten my glasses, leaving me in a difficult situation. Nick's determination to help me get replacement glasses was commendable.In the past too, Nick has assisted me with several pairs of glasses. Despite the ongoing network issues and my urgent need for new glasses this time around, he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thoroughly impressed with everything from the reception optometrist.Dr. Brown gave a great evaluation and the ophthalmic photographer was patient with me learning who’s their equipment works (I’m used to the ophthalmic photographer moving the machine vs telling you where to position your head). optometrist Knew what frames I had just by looking at them within seconds (even though they didn’t carry them)they had a similar option (still titanium) for significantly cheaper and allowed me to change the shape of my lens.Wonderful experience all around.

This office is good at what they do. Efficient and caring. You can tell they love what they do. Good selection of frames with expert fitting and repair needs. I like how they are clear about costs and the frames are labeled with prices. Highly recommend!

I just got started with my vision plan, took it to this location. They were very welcoming. The staff there was very energetic, especially the guy selling the glasses. Darien was really helpful when it came to asking questions . I would suggest anyone who is a new patient or want somewhere to be really comfortable and homely. This would be the place.
I have been going to Arvada Vision since early 80’s. They are my family after all these years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Cross is the best and the staff is exceptional!
Amazing service, amazing staff! I saw Dr. Klein and highly recommend anybody to go to him if you have dry eyes or chronic problems. He was very familiar with severe conditions and knows his stuff. The front desk was great too. Highly recommend!
